User-Generated Content

All room layouts and designs you create using RoomPlanz remain your property. We do not claim ownership of your designs. Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• You retain all rights to your room layouts and designs
• You are responsible for backing up your layouts by exporting them
• We cannot recover lost data as it is not stored on our servers
• You may freely share, distribute, or use your exported layouts as you see fit

Intellectual Property

The RoomPlanz application, including its design, code, graphics, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Unless otherwise indicated:

• RoomPlanz and its original content are the property of the service provider
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission
• The RoomPlanz name and branding are protected trademarks

Disclaimer of Warranties
